good job ethan.
did you get to touch the hair?
Rod Blagojavich showed up at WW Chicago this weekend. Obviously, that's the weirdest thing ever, so while I was in the green room, I mentioned to Wizard Staffers that I'd like to meet him. They snapped to the little walkie talkies, and then took me and my friend down to where he was signing.
He had a huge line, and he was pacing back and forth while being photographed. I'm not sure if anyone actually PAID to be photographed with him, or to get his autograph. I certainly didn't! He posed for a photo with me and my friend (I cropped my friend out of the photo here...) and signed a photo thanking me for my "support." I thanked him for everything he's done for Republicans in November, and he chuckled. A very charming fellow. Evil, too!
The loudspeaker announced him several times, after which, the entire hall (Which was PACKED.) let loose with a huge, sonorous BOOOOOOOO!
I showed the photo in artist's alley, and an old lady walking by nearly had a fit! "You should be ashamed of yourself, giving money to that filthy animal!!" I assured her that I didn't give him a dime, and did this for my own amusement. And that I voted Republican. She smiled and said, "Okay then."
Here's the autograph and the photo:
Good times!

I've noticed that people call Blaggo "This guy" and "That guy" a lot. Heh.

He's supposedly indigent after paying legal expenses for the first trial.

I would have paid $80 to punch him in the face and I don't even live in Illinois. I would have paid $100 to punch Gareb Shameless for allowing it to happen.
