I was a mod on another board that was vBulletin, and had several people including my fiancee have the same problem, so I just set up their accounts myself and used a temp password so that they could change it to whatever they wanted their own one to be once they logged on.
I actually tried to PM you about it when I saw your post on the Bendis Board about his having problems, but I'm currently using a REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEALLY shitty wireless connection that keeps cutting out on me mid-submitted reply. When it got bollocksed up there, I meant to make a post in the thread, but got sidetracked and forgot
