Heh, this reminds me that when I was a kid those individual packets of chips had these little things you could cut out from the back, and if you got enough of them you could send them in and get a prize. It was only years later that I realized what a horrible idea that was and that there must be a lot of kids who gained a lot of weight to get something like a hackey sack.

Not sure about that part, but they did eventually stop that campaign, probably because someone called them out on it. And trust me, when you're 11 years old, already depressed and shunned by your peers, it's not good for you at all.
