Zack Braff's last episode on Scrubs. Not the latest seasons with the new people though. I don't believe in those.

That final montage gets me every frigging time.

I think Scrubs meant more to me than any other tv show, because it came at such a hugely depressing time (just after 9/11, just left high school and tried to get things going at university, my parents had divorced, etc), and it was the one thing that I could rely on to keep me smiling.

ER - The Letter: the episode in which Carter reads out the letter detailing Dr. Green's last days and telling everyone he died. Carter pins the letter to the notice board and as different cast members start their shift and read it it broke my heart each and every time.

Actually the moment in the finale when Dr. Greene's daughter shows back up and when she announces who she is the look on Frank's face just like really got to me right then and there.
