The Bachelor and any form of it, the Real World, Flavor of Love, and I don't think this counts but the B:TAS was better before it became the new Adventures of Batman and Robin.

Heroes. Like at least they could have ended on a high note.
Survivor, Big Brother, American Idol, basically every reality show ever made. Even ones that I somewhat enjoyed seeing, like the WWE Tough Enough, were only worth taking a glance at once.

heroes, definitely. severe drop in quality from season 1 to season 2.
No series whose first season is a year-long murder mystery (Twin Peaks, Veronica Mars, Murder One) should continue past that season.
Seinfeld. It is the antithesis of comedy.
