So I've been working on my solo project, OTHER ZOEY, for almost two weeks, now, refining my style (or finding one, rather) for this book. HOLLOW is very much realism and detailed lines, with Danielle providing texture and color with her painting, but as I'm doing ZOEY solo, I'm kind of experimenting.
Here's the latest version of the first three pages. I added a LOT to page three, particularly panel one, to flesh it out, more.
I'm doing this all digitally, drawing by mouth on a Wacom Cintiq 12X in Manga Studio and coloring in Photoshop.
Feedback welcome!

looks great... the first couple of panels is especially nice.
the rest needs a bit of increase in contrast... work some complimentary color schemes in here.
I'm not exactly a good critic, but pockets for her pants?
I'm having a hard time finding focal points. Nothing really pulls my eye anywhere. The contrast in the flashback panels works well. I'm wondering if maybe the backgrounds aren't just a bit too dark.
Line work is lovely and the shading looks good.
