Are you sure it's not one of those fake paypal sites you get from spammers?
Does the Url seems legit?
Never access a site (especially ones that relate to financial issues) from a link in an e-mail. It's the basic rule when it comes to not wanting to find all your money stolen.
Always access the site directly by typing the web address into your internet browser yourself.
Hope you didn't put your ID and password in. If you did I would suggest changing them very quickly.
did not follow email link. typed it in myself and language went to french.
i try to access my account on the official site with the proper URL and the security says it is secure and identified by verisign and get this message:
