So while you were certainly jeered, and rightly so 7 years ago and let's be honest Rick people were jeering you long before that because of your various scams and lies, Gail isn't the start of your problems. If you can look in a mirror you'll see whose fault that is.

I don't think there's any malicious intent on Matt's part, Diva. It seems more likely just a sense of overlooking having to go back and correct it. Like with his stuff on YouTube, and still having Doc Martin blocked there.

The man did just get married, and we really don't know what else is going on in his life right now. He hasn't even commented here since before the wedding, and seems to be too busy to answer direct messages lately.

I absolutely agree with Angie.

This is also unfortunately not a simple matter. He's dealing with Lucasfilm's lawyers, and corporate lawyers tend to be difficult beasts to wrangle, and somewhat major control freaks.

If you want to suggest something to Matt, on how to do something the correct way, I'm sure he'd love to hear it. He's not someone with malice in heart. He's newly married, trying to deal with all this, and who knows what else. I geniunely get the sense, from his responses to me, that he's very busy at the moment, and obviously very stressed about this, and remorseful about being an Olney mark.

It's easy to see this sort of thing as contempt from him, or a lack of caring, but I firmly believe that that's not the case, and that it's not the way of thinking we should default to (I'm guilty of this, I fully admit, and I'm NOT suggesting that's what you're doing here, Darediva. It's just something I've noticed in my own behaviour when reading back through here, as well as others).

It's easy to get Matt's email addy. Send him a polite email with your suggestions, and I'm sure he'll be very thankful for the nudge.

Folks, I didn't say there was malicious intent on Matt Busch's part. I'm just saying that it would behoove him to make certain he changed these details on his own website and YouTube page.

As for him wanting to contact the DAV personally, I will again list the information here, as it was at the bottom of the cease and desist email sent to Rick Olney. This is the person who would be the best contact for making certain everything is as it should be.
