Do you guys think when Avengers opens in Japan, it will beat Titanic's $658 domestic?

Also, that's the only country left to open, right?

I struggle to find the logic in this inquiry.

Titanic made $201 million in Japan. Based on The Dark Knight's $14 million box office haul, it would seem highly unlikely that The Avengers would be able to come close to that take.

Titanic's initial domestic release total of $600.7 million has already been bested by The Avengers. Release in Japan, or any other country will have no impact of The Avengers' domestic take.

The 3D conversion of Titanic was a pretty big hook. If there is some sort of "enhancement" which would allow The Avengers to make another $50 million, I do not believe it is anything which we could point to today.
