The map at the end did have something marked that could be Atlantis and something that could be Wakanda, but even if the rights were somewhere else they could still get away with those cool little Easter Eggs.

Compared with an old "Map of the World According to Marvel," the marking in the Atlantic Ocean actually lines up almost perfectly not with Atlantis, but with Namor's "Solitary Place," which I'm hoping is a lot less dirty than it sounds.

There is also another reference in that one of Ivan Vanko's newspaper clippings says something about "Atlantis Discovered?"

I do have one of those, which I keep stocked with books to read for those special moments after a particularly fiery curry the night before.

Shane Black said relatively recently that he'd like Happy back for Iron Man 3. I think we can assume he has access to The Avengers script in prepping his film. It could have changed since then but circumstances make it seem unlikely to me.
