It's always good to see some attention given to the more obscure characters that the big two have to offer.

Love Charlie but I can not stand the artist. The recent Moon Knight issue (with Spider-Man) was sooo not what I like.

I flipped through that issue. The art did look a little weird, but I didn't think it was "bad" by any means. Ryp's clearly a fine draftsman. The issue, I think, is his Euro-approach - a little like Scott Kolins - where there's a minimum of spotted black areas and shadows. It's weird on a book like Moon Knight that seems like it should be more shadowy.

My fault. I can't draw worth a lick so I should have said the art is sooo not up to my tastes.

They just reorganized the Wolverine "family" and they're gonna launch another new book?

I like Huston. I kinda' like Ryp's "poor man's Geoff Darrow" art. But I think I'll pass.

Anyway, this will probably be re-booted or re-numbered or something a year from now like Aaron's "Weapon-X".

“Someone that was explicitly not a fighter, someone that was physically frail,” Huston said. “Someone that was tall. Someone that was pretty and elegant.”

Crap, crap, crappity, CRAP! I have a feeling I'll fall for the bad guy.

If this is supposed to be dealing with Wolverine's future in the here and now, then what's the point of Aaron's book? Each book should be offering something different. Origins dealt with the past. Aaron is dealing with the present. So what's the point of this book? What new thing is it offering?

I mean, hey, Marvel wants to make a profit, so that's all dandy. I was just wondering what the creative impetus for this was. I did re-read Huston's Moon Knight last week and it was pretty damn good, so who knows?

Well Weapon-X and Origins are both done (Well, nearly done), so it could be that Aaron's book has a new direction.
