Anyone know where I can buy this? I`ve tried Amazon.ca it`s just been a mess. It`s been delayed 3 times now. I placed my order March 8th!!! and now it looks like it will be shipped in August sometime. So I`m just going to cancel and try somewhere else.
So anyone know a reliable place to pick this up or if you`re selling your own copy?
I`ve had trouble buying some stuff before. Living in Canada makes it hard `cause our stores/web-stores get their shit from American suppliers and that takes forever.

I ordered Vol. 1 through Amazon, but did so via their U.K. site. Had no problem at all. Sure, I paid a little more for shipping, but I got it.
