I greeted them and did a double take.. and then apologize for staring... and said "im sure you hear this all the time, but you're the spitting image of Charisma Carpenter" to which she smiled and responded "because I am". She introduced herself and shook my hand and went browse.
I geeked out for a second while she walked around and then she came over and talked to me about comics for a bit. Very sweet lady. Not something that happens around here every day.

Nah.. they were looking for video games and thinking about getting comics to start her son off reading.

I get this all the time. They say, "You really hate Daredevil. Look how mean you are to Daredevil." I'm like, "Would you really buy a book about him enjoying a sandwich? 'What a great sandwich. I'm going to eat this for 22 pages, and I'm going to be so happy.'" I may do it just to prove a point. Have Wolverine going, "This is the best bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich I've ever had in my life!"

Yea she's the only mom I've heard of that buys their kid comics.
And Jeffery said she didn't even end up buying anything, so maybe NOT SO COOL AFTER ALL.
But still hot.
