It was funny, but Ken Jeong's shtick might be getting a little stale. It's the same in everything he's been in.

That said, the whole "biting your face off" bit was damn funny.

He's been completely different in the three things I've seen him in (Goods, Hangover, this) and think he's fantastic.

This show is great, though I still want the main character to die in a fire.

Loving this show - it feels like it's starting off in a very self-assured way. The cast completely inhabit their characters, the writers give them lots of great stuff to do, etc. Most series (even really great ones) take half a season to get to. Reminds me of Arrested Development in that way. If it's this good already, I think there's a lot to look forward to.

Well, I wouldn't say *completely* different. There's a thin line between being a huge Chinese stereotype and riffing on not being a huge Chinese stereotype.

The one thing that irriates me...Britta? She's named after a water filter.

It's OK. hasn't found its pace yet, but has potential. It's also obvious that no one involved in the show ever actually went to a community college.

She was probably named after the Christian martyr Britta, since the Brita name really didn't come into popularity in the United States until the last decade or so.
