Does anyone remember when JLA #0 it showed various future storylines that might or were going to occur in the DCU, but never gave a timetable on any of them.
Does anyone remember them? I seem to remember the Death of Pa Kent as one, but can't remember the rest. I am wondering how many have happened.

Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman discover there's an Earth 2 counterpart.
There's an pseudo-epilogue to Dark Knight Returns.
Lex takes on the Justice League screaming "YOU KILLED MY SON!" Though I don't know if that has happened yet with Conner returning.
