You can certainly volunteer that information, but they can't ask.
Which law says you can't even ask? I know you can't discriminate on the basis of religion, but I didn't think there was a law preventing you from even asking.
Either way, it's a pretty stupid question to ask that certainly wouldn't do you any favors in a religious discrimination suit.
