"White Chicks"
The Wayans Brothers and Sony are developing a sequel to the 2004 comedy "White Chicks," which will see Marlon and Shawn Wayans reprise their roles as sibling FBI agents posing as a pair of white ladies.
Keenen Ivory Wayans is on board to direct the sequel, which all three Wayans are writing. The logline for the new entry is being kept under wraps.
Rick Alvarez, the Wayans' long-time producing partner, is producing along with Joe Roth, under his Roth Films banner. Roth's Revolution Studios made the first movie, which Sony distributed.
The original was a surprise hit, grossing almost $70 million domestically from a budget of around $37 million.
The trio last worked together on "Dace Flick," which they acted in, produced and co-wrote with family members Craig Wayans and Damien Dante Wayans.
Keenan last directed 2006's "Little Man" while WME-repped Marlon can currently be seen on screens as Ripcord in "G. I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra."
Sony's Doug Belgrad and Jonathan Kadin are overseeing for the studio.

The cliffhanger will be finally resolved...
Good for them.
I loved "Dace Flick."

5 years later, and I'm glad they're taking their time. You don't want to rush a project like that, the story could suffer.
It's decisions like this that lead to government bail outs.

It must be becasue Marlon Wayans was such a hit in G.I. Joe. I hope Terry Crewes is back at least, that might get me to watch it when it comes on HBO.
The snowball didn't have a chance.
I opened a vein.
