Any scene on Firefly where Saffron was half naked.

The "I'll be in my bunk" scene.

The "Hush" episode of Buffy, when no one had a voice so Buffy mimed "stake them" and it was mistaken by the group as something else entirely.

The entire episode of "The Zeppo" (Buffy)

Hard to narrow it down to one but I have several favorites that quickly come to mind.

The song Everything You Ever from Dr Horrible is beautifully sad and my favorite from the musical.

Oddly enough a lot my favorite things from Firefly are not in episodes written or directed by Whedon. But I love the episode The Message was written by him and Tim Minear and the final scenes with Tracy's death and the crew delivering his body home are very emotional.

Hard to pick just one thing from Serenity but Mal's speech to rally the troops after they learn the truth about the Reavers is probably my favorite scene in the film.

Not a Buffy or Angel fan so I don't have any favorites from those and I can't really pinpoint anything from Astonishing X-Men even though I like the series.

    A lot of Serenity stuff:

    " I'm aimin' to misbehave "
" I ain't had nothing betwixt my nethers that wasn't run on batteries "

    That last one kills.

Basically every bad ass Cyclops moment from AXM.
I think the best Cyclops moment Joss wrote was when Cyke basically blows the top of a mountain off, and Wolverine replies something like "Sometimes I forget why you're in charge."

I also loved the beer can falling on Wolverine's head, shaking lose his brain washing.

And of course, props to Cassaday who makes every panel of Astonishing a true piece of art.

As for Buffy stuff, I think the two things that stick out most are Buffy's swan dive off of the construction site, sacrificing herself.

And if I remember correctly, Joss wrote the best line in the first X-Men movie:

    Wolverine: Woah. its me.
    Cyclops: Prove it
    Wolverine: Ok, you're a dick.
Cyclops just accepts that its him.

The collage of thoughts in Astonishing X-Men as all of them are fighting the underground monster. Wolverine is thinking, "I really enjoy beer."

Started rereading Astonishing vol.4 because of this thread.

There are SO many great moments in this story, just in the first three issues alone.

    Colossus during the debriefing...
"I have been planning to destroy the Breakworld since I was a child."
    Everyone stares at him.
    Spoiler:

    "What's Plan B?"
    "We all die now."
    "What's Plan C?"

Wolverine's combination scolding/induction of Hisako into the X-Men.
"You wanna cry on my bubbling skinless shoulder? You're in that suit 'cause you're an X-Man. You're an X-Man 'cause I seen you fight and I want you on the team. But if I'm wrong, if you're just a whining teenager gonna freak out on a hostile alien planet and cost me time, then lose the suit and go die. We got worlds to save."

Wolverine: Agent Brand's brilliant plan went south. Our pretend burning wreckage stopped pretending. We get through this, I'm gonna pop a claw through her eye. You guys cool with that?
    White Queen: Absolutely.
Cyclops: Logan, we don't just... nah, go for it.

The epitaph was "She saved the world a lot."
