...anyone else seen it?!? Obviously I won't post links or whatever, and the usual suspects don't have it due to threats from ESPN/Disney's attorneys but it's out there. Just be careful if you ARE searching for it as apparently virus makers have capitalized on the hubbub.
So anyway, I created this thread for a reason. Supposedly the video is real (despite her publicist initially saying it was fake) and I'm inclined to believe it based on the HUGE amount of legal action already taken by ESPN. What the video shows is a peephole view of Erin Andrews naked in her hotel room doing her hair, changing clothes, basically getting ready for work or whatever. Most likely filmed in secret by a hotel employee. Now, my real question is this - do you care how this video was obtained?
I realize it was probably taken illegally but I don't see that much of a difference between this and say the video of Janet Jackson nude sunbathing in her backyard. Then you have the Pam and Tommy tape that half of the country saw even though it was supposedly stolen from their house. I guess maybe this is a little less ethical IMO, but now that it's out there I'll fully admit I found it and watched it.![]()

I think the big difference here is that at least Pam and Tommy knew they were making a video, even if they didn't intend it to be public.
If I made a sex tape with my girlfriend and it leaked, I would be pissed, but I would also largely blame myself for being stupid enough not to delete it.
If someone hides a camera in my room and records me walking around naked or worse, I'm going to feel pretty violated and pissed off.

It's kind of creepy to watch just because the camera moves. Someone was moving it to keep her in frame, which feels wrong.
Yes, I care. The Pam/Tommy tape was created with their consent. This (although I haven't seen it, and according to how you say it was most likely created,) is invasion of privacy of the highest order.
Whoever took it should be in jail for a nice long while.
You're trying to justify your contributions to this crime. Have a nice time in hell pal!
Who's Erin Andrews?
