Wow, good stuff! Always nice to hear from Kirkman. Okay here goes...

With regards to your status as one of the Image big guns, do you still feel as excited as you did when you first started? Has it been more stress/work than you expected or less?

Do you plan on writing more ongoings in the near future? Or cutting back?

    Any info on Killraven?

Oh, and what do you think of the direction they took with Marvel Zombies?

    Thanks guys!

Hey John thanks again for doing one of these I love everytime you do questions from the board!

    Mr. Kirkman,
I'm a huge fan of your work I just recently caught up on Invincible and read both Tech-Jacket and Capes and really loved them, and I admire you a lot for being a sucsessful creator-owned creator. Right now I'm a teenager who wants to make comics, I write, and I have some friends who are great artists. I've been informed that next year for my graduation present I'm going to get to go to San Diego, and I want to go as an aspiring creator and buisnessman as well as a fan. I'm working with each one of my artist friends on a forty page story of all different genres that lives and dies in a big one-shot issue so we have the options of continuing with new stories at a later date or just leaving that single story alone, and I want to collect them together in a graphic novel and bring it to Comic-Con to show off my stuff and show the world that I'm ready to create. I'm young but I want to start now, and I know I'll have a lot of stumbles and falls on the path to becoming a comic writer, and I just want to start now. Does my plan sound alright from your perspective as a sucsessful creator?

And now my second and shorter question.
What other artists would you like to make a new creator-owned comic with? Your working with awesome guys right now (Ryan, Jason, Charlie, and Cory are all fantastic and brilliant) but is there anyone else you've always wanted to create something new with?

Sorry for the extremely long questions. John, I'm a huge wordballoon fan and I tune in to every episode even when you interview guys I dont know, and Robert I wish you the best of luck in the world you write some great books.

Will Wolfman get collected in the hard cover format like Invincible and Walking Dead?

I really enjoyed your Marvel Team-Up run and have to say I still chuckle everytime I think of Spidey and She-Hulk complaining about being carried by their armpits. Great stuff.

What is the process you take when you go out to create a new series? When you started Invicible did you make a "bible" of all characters and a map of where you were going? Or did you do it all on the fly?

Robert Kirkman--I am a fan of your work. Any plans to revisit Capes, Techjacket or Reaper? Do you work entirely digital when creating comics with your artists?
I'm easy to find. Feel free to look me up on the world wide web @

I'm also on Facebook, but I try to keep it simple whereby I only befriend/add people I actually have met in real life.

why not just flood the market with as many 3 issue mini's as you can in order to get as many fat option checks as possible?

John as always thanks for the podcast. We appreciate what you do.

Local Kentucky fan here. Robert I was on my Xbox 360 the other day and saw the Invincible motion comics. I downloaded a few and think I'll start picking up the earlier issues in trade. I was wondering how the idea of doing a motion comic came to be? Also I wanted to say that Destroyer has been awesome.

John en Robert thanks for doing this.

I was wondering if Robert's days are different now that he is an Image big shot. Is there still the same time for writing? And I was wondering if, being where he is, a co-owner of a compagny, does he look different at some decisions than are made. For example prices of the comics, maybe not printing a story or asking for a change in a story.

    Again thanks for doing this!

    With kind regards,

    Goost
