I've just filled in my August Sols order form ... and right above the Captain America Vol.2 omnibus on the order sheet is a Criminal Omnibus.
But ... it wasn't in Marvel's solicitations ... so does anyone know what's going on?

It's not uncommon to have rather expensive archival collections presolicited a few months early, so you know the exact preorder numbers ahead of printing the book. If you're interested in it you should preorder it now.

That would be great. I just read the first trade at Borders and LOVED it. I was going to pick all the trades up, but I can wait a few months for this though.
Seems like a smart idea. I've bought ever single issue and trade as they were released, but it would be nice to get a well-designed collection that includes all the backmatter. That way it doesn't really cannibalize the trade sales or the issue sales, for that matter.
I've always meant to start reading this, now I know when.

Agreed. I bought every issue, just to support the book and insure that it continued...and I've pledged to not 'double dip' due to dough being tight...but damn! I'm may have to give in.
