Ummm, published professional artists have always been allowed to pimp their sketches, sell pages, whatever, right? I could post at least a dozen links from just the last year, Denny. I have always heard so long as they're reputable (long time board members and or at least established professionals) and it's not linked to eBay it's okay. Tony is both, and $3 is an insanely cheap price for a sketch from someone of his talent. You'd be doing the board a massive disservice by locking it, not to mention completely ignoring dozens of other threads just like this one from the past.

Or do you mean you don't know how you feel as in you feel like at $3 a sketch you'll feel like you're ripping the Fleecs man off?

There is a difference for me between publisher creators who's name is on the line if they don't come through and, yes, a well recognized board member, but when it comes down to it a board member selling via the board.

We don't allow eBay auctions for anyone other than creators, again because if they don't come through their name/reputation is tarnished.

I'm concerned because I would be very angry if our board members ever got hosed by a board member. I don't think Tony is a concern, my concern is the precedent.

I ordered a Spidey though. I'd like to help the guy out, cheap enough for me to investigate the merit, I haven't closed the thread, don't plan to, just have some concerns that's all.

I see he has published comic work so is essentially a creator with something to lose...I'm cool with it, but I was fine enough with it initially to only voice minimal concern.
