What an absolute load of bullshit.

First, as a non-sexist person, I think that anyone should "pursue" anyone else regardless of their gender. Some blogger's outdated opinion on gender roles does not really carry much weight.

Second, there's one major and overlooked reason why men don't pursue women as often these days: lawsuits. In a country where you can get sued or restrained for looking at a woman the wrong way, it's no wonder many men just don't think it's worth it.

Lord knows what her warped sense of romance and courtship is like. To have attention heeped upon her 24/7, maybe? Odd that she didn't think you pursued her enough but some people could just as easily take her unwillingness to talk on the phone and just text as keeping a person from getting to personal and intimate with her, with really getting to know her.

I think it's just a bullshit excuse 'cause she's not that into him. Seems like kind of a cunty way to break it off, after initially showing interest, but maybe she decided to just be direct about her lack of interest.
