DC says there's a 104 page count, but the series was three 32 pg issues yeah? so does anyone know if there's any extras in here?

No extras. The count sounds off because the trade has a title page with credits on the other side. Plus each cover is included in the trade with the other side of the cover saying the chapter number.
I repeat...there are no extras. There is a new cover however.
I hope they someday do an oversized version (a la Hard Boiled or Big Guy) that has extra content, such as design sketches or even the original napkin that Grant first put his ideas on for the mini.
I was surprised by the price of this trade honestly, it seemed too high for three issues.

But they were three extra-long issues--32 pp, not 22. So you're getting the equivalant of a four-issue series.
