    Just saw Fast and Furious...

Rough cut of the film. It was pretty good. I really enjoyed it. It was more in line with the tone of the first film, however slightly darker. Aside from some hammy moments, Vin Diesel was fucking badass and Paul Walker did a great job. Both of their intro sequences were fantastic. The CGI wasn't quite done, and any moments that stood out as somewhat meh were mostly due to the use of CG (they overdid it in some parts just a bit).

I still think the first one was the best but this one is up there in quality. The race sequences were great.

It's a movie that knows what it is and that's refreshing.

I actually think the first one is really fun popcorn flick
It's a bit like having sex with a jellyfish: once might an interesting experiment, twice would be perversion!

Likewise. I liked Tokyo Drift too but it always kind of seemed more like a kid's movie whereas this one seems to have a slightly more mature feel to it. There's no Bow Wow winking at the camera.

Yes, I am a plant, and I am really good since I infiltrated the Bendis board over seven years ago. We at Universal really want you guys here at the Bendis Board to approve of the movie. If we don't get your approval it will ultimately disrupt the space-time continuum and Spider-Man will still be married to Mary Jane and the DC universe will still be confusing as fuck.

As I suspected! Well, that's the risk that comes with the eyes of the industry being upon us.

(Let's be honest with each other: DC continuity is not that confusing)

I enjoyed the first one. I think it was called Point Break.
