yeah I can relate. I work in a jeans and t-shirt type of environment.
It annoys me when I am forced to wear a colored shirt.
I like my job because its pretty causual. You can do the jeans and t-shirt thing all the time there, but when training season comes around, I have to dress a little nicer. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but I hate it. It feels so false to me. I think I look best in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. I can't pull off the dressed up look.
So that was kind of random. Can anyone relate?

I can pull off dressing up, but I feel very out of character. I grew up in jeans, and that's what I'm comfortable in.

I am trying my best to never wear dress shoes again for the rest of my life. Since 1999, I've only worn them seven or so times.

I love dressing up.
It just makes me feel better.
I'd love to work in a job that everyone dresses like they do in Mad Men.
Actually, I'm the opposite... I can't stand jeans and t-shirts any more and I'm far more comfortable in business casual. Actually, I've warmed up to ties and suits as well.
I have to dress business casual at work and I don't really care for it.
