Marvel can never sue. He's not mass producing them. He makes in general about 25 or so of each or even less. If you saw his Chrome Colossus, he only made 10 of those. Those numbers fall into these being just a Custom Statue. Realistically, there's so many other people out there that are doing the same exact thing.....Sculptix, ARH, Etc......

"Knockoff" would imply that this statue was an unauthorized recast, or retooling of the statue in question.

Since the Bowen Designs statue isn't even out yet, we know that this isn't the case. Furthermore, since the chest and shoulders are even sculpted differently, we can tell that it isn't even based off of the bust of the same armor that was produced by Bowen Designs.

What we have here is someone else's take on the same armor, which is not an unreasonable thing for a person to do, since he's not mass producing them.

So... I'm not sure I understand where the griping is coming from.
