a truly fun all ages comic
On this edition of the Word Balloon podcast, we sit down with artist Art Baltazar, who's Tiny Titans has proved to be an all ages hit for DC Comics. You'll hear about what's in store for the Titans, including Art's gentile satiric take on the current events of the DCU.
Darkseid is taking over the Titans school, and detention will never be the same.
We discuss Art and his co-writer Franco Aureliani's writing and art process, from their brainstorm sessions, to the fully produced page. We also talk about their contribution to this week's DC Holiday Special , a Nightwing-Robin story, with art from Tim Levins.
You'll hear more about Art's original characters and trade collection from his electric milk imprint. Check out Art's work, at his website, http://www.artbaltazar.com/

Great episode! I love hearing the guys whose comics I'm not buying almost as much as the one's who I do buy. Cool interview with a really friendly and energetic creator.
Could I ask that you do like a 'movie trailer voice' next time you read the commercial spots for animie and comics?
I Believoort!
His enthusiasm for the industry is infectious, you can tell he has a great time creating comics.

Dude. You so are not cut out for internet discussion boards. That lackadaisical, slack-arsed mindset might work "in the real world", but here on the net, small continuity errors and inconsistencies are the things a Jihad is made of. If you can't get spittle-froth at the corners of your mouth over the plot of a TV show, you're just owned.
