    Big Apple NY Con - November 14th, 15th and 16th

    Yo now that im at mcgill in montreal i get to go to northeast comic cons !! wooohoo and before the big one in Feb, is this one also in NY:

    With some pretty big guests such as...Carmine Infantino, Chris Claremont, Billy Tucci, David Lloyd, Jim Shooter, John Romita Sr, Khoi Pham, Mark Texiera, Michael Golden, Neal Adams, Paulo Rivera, Sean Chen, Walter Simonson...

    Anyone know about this ? Anyone going ?

    Shit, I'd love to go but funds are so tight right now. I'm going to wait till NYCC and I hopefully have a lot more stuff to show to make the trip worthwhile. And hopefully I'll have some reserve cash. (And can sleep on a friend's couch)

    Bad location, poorly run, same people at every single one. I may have a personal gripe as I've been there as a Hero Initiative rep, and have been treated like crap by the people tha run it.

    I'd like to go. Smaller con it seems, but those are nice. Claremont's going to be there and it be awesome to get to meet him. Also Neal Adams and some other people. Hopefully I can make it.

    I might go to this if I have nothing to do. But since I have to take a train in from Long Island the $20 entrance isn't to alluring. I remember when I went there for the first time it was $10.
