I like Cap on this show, and Wasp just keeps getting better. Cool fights, interesting to see the villains beginning to entangle their own alliances. But what gives with no preview for next weeks ep?

Interesting, from Chris Yost via a LiveBlog event on Marvel.com:

"Avengers is neither sequel nor spiritual successor to 'Wolverine and the X-Men' -- it's the Avengers. But they were more or less intended to be in the same universe. Regardless of which eye Fury's patch was on. "

Also, since some mused earlier: Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver ARE available for use, and there will be non-Avenger guest stars.

EDIT: Here's the preview for next week: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBoFZjD29cA

    Looks cool.

I don't have this channel on my TV. Where can a guy find episodes online? I can't find the torrents yet.

i caught 2 episodes the hulk ep and cap ep.

the hulk episode was ok but i am not a fan of the intro, the animation is just ok and the voices are a bit too corny for my taste

cap episode though with all its nods to the comics was amazing, it completely changed my mind for this show.

Nice ep. Agree that cap getting used to the present should have been longer but still good. Liked the epilogue, Masters of Evil forming. Still wish the Hulk didn't take off so soon.
What if Hayao Miyazaki directed Futurama...

They were looking for him in this episode. He'll probably be back eventually.

At Long Beach Comic Con, I saw the episode where the Avengers rescue SHIELD agents from gamma radiation in The Cube. (Don't know if that episode has aired).

It's the first time I've seen footage of the cartoon and it's pretty cool stuff. I'm sure I would love it as a kid but as an adult, I just nerded out on how many bits of the Marvel Universe were in that episode!

It hasn't, but I'm guessing it's the Gamma World 2-parter that's airing the Friday after Thanksgiving.

I'm liking this more and more and think it's really going to come into its own with time as they are able to build upon this foundation.

I hope they show more of Captain America struggling with the present and feeling like a man out of time with outdated ideals. (I should probably add that Ultimate Captain America is one of my favorite comic book characters. I know they won't go quite that far, but I'd like to see a little of that characterization shine through.)

I wonder how they'll portray Wonder Man in the next episode. Seems like he is set up to be a villain but not like how it happened in the comics at first.
