Are e-mails not dispensed to Collector Club members for website exclusives?

I had thought that there would be a notice sent out about the Black Knight exclusive, but I didn't know that it was up until I went to the site tonight and, of course, it's long since sold out.

Sorry man. A website exclusive is not the same as a collector's club exclusive. No e-mail gets sent for those. The notice was posted on the Bowen site a week before it went up for order.

I almost never seem to get e-mails myself, so not sure if I'm a good judge.

I just got the typical "new items up for order at bowen website" e-mail. But they did post on the site that it wouldbe going up for sale the week before it listed.
