I'm not sure if anyone has mention this podcast.but my LCS "ACME COMICS" in Greensboro,N.C has a great show called The ACME WAVE PROJECTOR. http://www.acmewaveprojector.com/. Stephen and Jermaine (Lord Retail) do an excellent show focused completely on comics and comics professionals. I listened to different podcasts and this is my fav over all.

Another fun comics podcast is Pete's Basement from my buddy Pete in NY. Warning: the language is rough!
Non comics podcast: I really like The Art of Manliness. It's a breath of fresh manly air in an overly metro-male society.
I listen to Tell em Steve Dave ,Fatman on Batman .The Gervais pods are always great.
