Use the new gargoyle “action pose” DD body for the armored version
I'm a bit confused. Is this question pertaining to an upcoming DD variant? Or will all the gargoyle DD statues have some sort of DD armor on them? I'm probably just being dense right now and not understanding.

My vote goes to :1) original DD body with armor details but with a new base
I like as much variation in my display as possible. I missed the boat on the first Daredevil FS so I will get the new one, classic costume. However, I would also pick up a armored FS if it was dramatically different, like the original museum FS.

RB, I don't think you can go wrong with whatever you do on this one. The armored version of DD is popular amongst the DD fans.
Would love to see this costume made. Personally I would prefer it as a Museum with a new base. With repaints of the original statue and base or the new action it justs feels like paying twice for a new paint job. Something to make the statue stand out as different would be cool. And we all know that Randy rocks the gargoyles... so how about a new gargoyle museum base, which would still accent the new action pose if displayed together.
