I just gone done watching and it was fantastic!
Smith and Gillan were great and the writing was as well. It definitely wasn't Moffats best episode, but it was still really good. I love all those small clever comments he puts into his stories, like the swimming pool references. Overall the episode really had a refreshing new feel to it, but it was still definitely Doctor Who.
Though, there were a few moments in the episode that seemed a bit weirdly acted/edited together. Probably because they're all new and finding their feet a bit (crashing into trees

, that bit was hilarious).
I'll have watch this again tomorrow, as there were couple of things I didn't quite get:
1. Who the hell was that Jeff guy? How did he know what to do with the virus thing after the Doctor left? Everything involving that guy seemed a bit weird and unexplained. The old woman was his mother or something, right?
2. Why did the Doctor call the aliens back and give them the "protected planet" speech?
Apart from threatening to destroy the planet to find Prisoner 0 (which I agree is kinda bad

) , they didn't seem to have any wish to remain on earth. Was it just to spread the word, like 10 did with the Sycorax?
Can't wait until next week. That series trailer was amazing and had so many great moments. I almost felt that it showed a bit too much. Hopefully Moffat's got some stuff hidden away still.
