Commedia della Morte by Chelsea Quinn Yarbro.

The Wolf Gift by Anne Rice. I am kinda curious if her werewolves and vampires inhabit the same continuity, given their respective natures there is no way they could possibly peacefully co-exist.

I just got done rereading the first 9 books of the Malazan Book of the Fallen, and the 3 expansions books, before reading the 10th volume for the first time.

Been working on it since right after Christmas.

It was sort of soul draining, but totally worth it.

    9,000 plus pages of joy.

Well less interested but still I'll have to check that out, thanks.

I read The Gathering of Crows by Brian Keene last night.

Hes writes trash, but it tends to be fun trash.

Finished Prelude to Foundation by Isaac Asimov yesterday.

The Thirty-Nine Steps by James Buchan was before that.

I think Isaac Asimov has become my favourite author.

Prelude to Foundation is a great one.

I'm reading A Whisper of Blood, an anthology of Vampire stories edited by Ellen Datlow. Some of the authors are Robert Silverberg, David J. Schow and K.W. Jeter.
Watching television is not an activity.

I read A Whisper of Blood a LONG time ago.

I don't remember much about it, except one of the longer stories creeped me out. It was about a couple at a seaside resort after some kind of disaster or cosmic breakdown had messed with the laws of physics, and they were walking corpses, while the living people were the real vampires, or something.

It made me very wary of paper cuts.
