    HULK SMASH!!!
    Randy,
I think Tyler was reacting to this guy, not you. It is creative and funny, but this dude's post kind of got to me too. Let's just drop it. We're mostly adults here and will go wherever we go when it comes to politics. I'm all for an Obama Nation - and this sight gag is as funny as "can you smell what Barack is cookin'..."

Sorry if my post offended or concerned anyone . . . just a little background . . . when I was a teen, after giving up my comic collection, my elder brother absconded with my carefully-crafted and painted Marvel model kits and ended up using them for target practice for his new hunting rifle. Envisioning the Obamination as a sculpture just brought back memories . . . NOT shooting at "pictures" of a public figure!! SHEESH!!

RB - sorry if my attempts at being humorous caused you any headaches . . .

It's all good man. The political climate always gets a little thick close to an election. Bummer about your model kits! I've only ever built up one and it was not easy. You should kick your brother's butt!!

Again- not my intent to get political.
Sorry Randy, the comment wasn't directed at you. I actually thought the idea originally was funny. But when someone comes on talking about using him for target practice (Captain Hardwood, I think), my warning lights go off. I tend to sit in the middle of the political spectrum -- I'm not a big fan of GW but I certainly don't wish violence on him either. Hearing about "target practice" on Obama brings up thoughts of Martin Luther King Jr. and JFK, and I just couldn't sit idly by without saying something.

For what it's worth, I think the original idea behind this thread is a fun play on words and good photoshop work.

I believe this Lieutenant Wormwood character is a miscreant most foul!!!

Not only does he cause a political dustup on this thread with his childhood trauma....

On the Ringmaster thread ,he and I are having a spirited discussion vis a vis the dental appendages on said super villain, and you know what he does?

He says "we're on the same page".

    Now, what's THAT about??

He's the electric hairdryer short circuiting my bathtub of life!!

All in the context, my friend (If I'm not being presumptuous using the term), and the accuracy of the quoted statement, which I believe was "We're on the same page (I think!!)", of course referring to the specific subject matter of the thread in question, not to insinuate that we're of like mindset on other matters.
