While I think Tarantino was an innovator, Reservoir Dogs and Pulp were his best pics and nothing has come close since.

I don't think it's fair to expect any filmmaker to make a movie as good as PULP FICTION every time they get behind a camera.

I remember in the 90s when I got sick of all the hipster crime flicks in the wake of Pulp Fiction. Is it time to start getting sick of all the grindhouse flicks yet?

These days, Rodriguez seems preoccupied with finding girlfriends and finding movies for them (or vice versa). So unless he takes a romantic interest in Danny Trejo, I wouldn't count on it happening anytime soon.
