Gotham Knights, and whenever it comes out Matt Wagners maxi series.
I read Detective right now, and until recently it's been blah. I really want to read a good Batman title, is there one out right now? And when's a good jumping on point for Walking Dead and 100 Bullets?

I would start with Judd Winick's Batman. His Red Hood arc has been really good. Also I am loving Batman: Jekyll and Hyde.
Do any writers have plans on using Joker?

Read the lesser titles like LOTDK
Gotham Central is a great read, but it's not quite a Batman book.
TPBs will get you current as of the last issue of Walking Dead, I believe.

Walking Dead is so great... you should really read it from the beginning or you're missing soooo much awesomeness. As for Batman, I don't read any Batman titles currently, but I plan on getting the Frank Miller/Jim Lee "year one" type series that's coming soon.
There's no such thing as a "good batman title".
I actually love Detective right now... it's the kind of mood at least one Batman title should have... Winick's new run on Batman was going pretty well but now that the reveal is over it's hit a wall....
do yourself a favor and go find some Brubaker or Rucka period back issues... you can never go wrong with those, I swear...
I read all the ongoing monthlies.
I like 'em all.
go buy all.
