I am not 100% sure of the molestation charge, but I think with him admitting taking the young boys to bed, and wasn't there confirmation about the wine being served in coke cans?
I think they may get him on all the other extraneous stuff (serving alcohol to a minor, endangering a minor--(sexual endangerment?), but not outright molestation.)

As for what I personally think. I honestly can't say.
I agree with what Bill Maher said: He may not be molesting them, but he's dating them, and you can't date children.

I believe he is a pedophile, but I think the prosecutions case is a mess.
I think I should also clarify that, while I'm not entirely sure if he is guilty of molesting this particular kid (the one who's suing him at the moment), I do believe he has molested his fair share of little boys.
