Sci-fi show episodes where it's suggested everything is a character's hallucination

"Frame of Mind," Star Trek: The Next Generation
"Shadows and Symbols," Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
"Normal Again," Buffy the Vampire Slayer
    "Dave," Lost
    "Labyrinth," Smallville

    Anyone know any others?

There's the episode of Futurama where Fry gets stung by a bee but it's really Leela.

AND the ST:TNG episode where Picard lives most of the life of a man (Jaylyn?) after being hit by a ray from a satellite.

This concept bugs the shit out of me, because there is absolutely no way in which to find out whether or not they ARE in fact hallucinating.

I think Albert means episodes where it's revealed that the entire series is a hallucination. Correct me if I'm wrong, Albert.

Yes, although "revealed" is not the right word. As ZombieSpeedRacer said, it's always meant to be ambiguous.

Expect a vague and hilarious answer.

Perchance to Dream: Batman the Animated Series

Bruce Wayne wakes up one morning to find that his life is completely upside-down: his parents are alive, the Batcave doesn't exist, Alfred does not remember Robin, and he is engaged to be married to Selina Kyle. However, it doesn't mean that Batman isn't still around, and Bruce starts to wonder what has happened, especially after seeing the characteristics of a dream (such book and newpaper prints not making sense) inside this new life.

I really like that episode. It taught me that you can't read in dreams! Though I swear that I can.

The William Daniels character was a Romulan.
