BPRD: The Long Death has been knocking it out of the park. A long-awaited confrontation finally takes place, and it's about as brutal (and clever) a battle as you can imagine. And while I'm still sad to see Guy Davis go, James Harren is doing a killer job

I enjoyed his work on Russia, but I think I'm digging Harren's work on The Long Death more. We'll be having a bunch of BPRD artists this spring:
Jason Latour on the The Pickens County Horror (two issues, starting next week)
Tyler Crook back on The Devil's Engine (three issues, May)
Max Lumara on the Transformation of J.H. O'Donnell (one shot in May)
Cameron Stewart on Exorcism (June)
Crook is the new "regular" artist, though.
But, yeah, Mignola always gets fantastic artists to draw his characters.

James Harren is the first guy that doesn't make me miss Guy Davis, due to sheer awesome draughtsmanship. I still really miss Guy Davis, though.
Volume 3 of the BPRD collections came in today. Can't wait to dig into it.
