I kinda dig it. I really wish Marvel would let Frank Miller do a Daredevil movie in this style. That would rock.

Miller could do a Daredevil movie like that and it'd be tight.

The f/x are in place where he (or someone) could make a very stylized DD movie that could be really visually arresting. Problem with Miller is he's no longer capable of subtlety, and melodramatic as DD's life can be, it needs some subtlety, some nuance.

I have never read the Spirit comics, so I don't even know if my opinion is valid. But I feel like if I were sitting with friends who weren't into comics and we saw that trailer I would slowly turn to look at them and wince. It just doesn't look good. And I worry that by the time Sin City 2 rolls around the whole computer generated look is going to be so played out that no one will be interested.
