i thought it was ok. alittle to comical. would like to see it alittle more serious.

I really liked it. That silent scene was funny and well done. I'm happy this show is back.

Also, I think it's good that they started out a little funny and not serious from the get go because it looks like by the end of the season it's going to get really serious. Especially with the ending reveal.

I was glad to see it back with a goofy note. And really, we were talking about the potential screaming painful deaths of one million people, so I don't know just how funny it really was

I HATED Catherine Tate in the Christmas Special, and I almost swore off this season sight unseen. But they seem to have worked hard to make her less screechy and more likable, so I'm glad I gave the first episode a shot. I'm already really looking forward to this week.

Also, the cameo there in the third act... that certainly makes things interesting, doesn't it?

A bit light but I thought it was necessary to put the emphasis on Donna and meeting the Doctor again.
Nice little story but I look forward to see Donna in the outlandish Doctor Who settings.
