150 last night. i stopped cause i could feel the soreness getting there and i didn't want that.
I did two sets of 30 yesterday.
I got up to 40 tonight with one small pause to catch my breath.
Can I start in on this now?
You can put me down for about 500 in the past week. Did 4 sets of 45 on Friday, 2 Sets of 60 on Sunday, throw in miscellaneous sets here and there last Thurs and what not and yeah, 500. I just do them on days I don't lift basically.
I do 20 push-ups everyday in the middle of my weight training. I could/would do more if I didn't already toast my arms.
