    Bendis Board Tech Geeks: HEEEELP!

I got CmdService on my computer and none of my anti-virus or spyware programs will remove it! I can't even find the traces of it on my own anymore, but it's still there. What can I do to get rid of it, it's soooo fucking annoying?

I will mail you a sandwich type food of your choosing for helping me.

You point that out as though I would not google search before coming here, but I did. I followed that, and I still can't find it. The program costs money and I was hoping to exhaust all possible free solutions first. Thanks though.

At the very least you can try a System restore to a time before you had this trojan. Out of curiosity, what anti-virus/anti-spyware software are you using? Hopefully you are not using some spyware masquerading as anti-virus/anti-spyware software.

You can try AVAST. It is free and does remove certain spyware. You can try Hijackthis, but I find that most spyware can not be removed by using hijackthis alone anymore. You can try posting a Hijackthis log if AVAST doesn't work.

The manual removal instructions are on the same page.

One thing is you should be doing any removal in SAFE mode and use the manual instructions that Dropkick supplied on that site
