Thread: A Tragedy on the Bay

    A Tragedy on the Bay

I was browsing for Bowen stuff and came across a series of auctions that made my stomach turn. The guy's cabinet gave out. These are just a few of the pieces damaged from it.

The baddies could never take them out, but falling cabinets can.

The Warlock looks easily fixable, but the DD...I couldn't imagine.

OH NO! do you think it happened when he was there, so that he heard the sickening crash, or did the poor guy come home to find the scene of carnage?

I am so often amazed how some of the statue enthusiasts can fix broken statues and do it flawlessly. I bet if they saw this some would just laugh and say "yeah give me a little while- no problem." Even broken these statues are special and completely worth bringing back. Some day I want to practice doing that. I wonder what they went for?
