Anyway, after the shift, Retro Scorpion will probably find his place with Tiger Shark as part of the 80's Masters of Evil - check out some covers from Avengers, somewhere around 225 I think - I can picture the one cover in particular that would go well with both busts.
Thanks, CH, I have practically a full run of the Avengers . . . well, from around 100 on that is. I'll check them out when I have the chance.

That is a cool MoE cover! It'll be cooler if you guys get a Whirlwind too. I've got mine! HAHAHAHA!

Of course... MOONSTONE is still missing!

Yup - that's the one!! Once BD's Whirlwind is done, this cover alone will lock in my display options for Retro Scorpion and Tiger Shark - with or without Moonstone ("with" preferred!).

I'm proud (boastful even) to say that I have the full run (uh . . . other than 106 and 111 - just been lazy about sourcing them). The entire collection is in F or better (issues 1-10 probably average VG; all issues from probably 50 on are VF or better). I have quite a few dupes in VG range of issues between 20-ish and 70 (bought 'em via eBay, and when they didn't measure up as "keepers", ended up replacing them with better copies). If interested in adding a few to your collection, drop me a PM and I'll check to see what I've got.

And before ANYONE thinks I'm soliciting - au contraire!! Happy to help out fellow collectors rather than burning my time posting auctions on eBay!!

It was for a while. Then it got altered around the Joe Mad era. He also gave her anime style hair that was popular.

Then, of course, she had her own mini (anyone got a better scan?)

THE cover (in my mind's eye) for the White-costume Storm is probably the card-stock cover issue of Uncanny X-Men with Marrow - somewhere around 325. I just finished scanning all the covers of my Uncanny and X-Men books . . . I'll check when home (but I'm sure you guys can beat me to the punch) . . .

    That IS a good one.

Of course, it'd be better if you could fold it out...

And I think it gets BIGGER than that.
