Yep, books are out tomorrow and hopefully Freeway can have the new pick to us by them.

Hopefully the no notice on this won't throw too many people off, sorry guys.

Yes. Yes I can. But I'll show you, and that HOUSE OF M of yours...by only picking up the singles...and if the story's any good, also the trades. That'll show you. My plan is that once you're placated by the pile of money....you'll somehow get a papercut from one of the edges. You won't die. Heck, you probably won't even be hurt in the least...but you'll think "Wow, that's odd."

    That'll be my revenge.

And we're reading Son of Vulcan #1 from DC instead. No idea what it's about, but it's a #1.
    FREE HUGS.

No matter what this guy ends up costing me money.... Even when I'm not spending it on his books.

Re: BB Review Group week 29 - SON OF VULCAN #1 (spoilers)

    A fairly uninspired book.

But it was great to see some Keron Grant art, I love his work. He did that Manga FF awhile ago that is still one of my favorite one shots ever. Grant is the best Manga-ish American artist out there, even better than Joe Mad and I can't get enough of his work...

The down side is he always seems to end up on books I have no interest in, like Kaboom. Or this one. This is stale, same-old same-old comic stuff here.

Woodrule (a Swamp Thing Villian) shows up, fight happens, and a Hero finds a kid sidekick in the endangered crowd. After adopting sidekick, Woodrule comes back and kills hero in fron of Sidekick. That's the big hook I guess, that the book is about a kid inheriting these powers from the dead Hero now.

These arn't the kind of books I read, I just can't get interested in them. It's not that this book was bad, it was just blah. So I guess a 5 fits it pretty well.
