It's posted over at the StatueForum message board in the Sneak Peeks gallery and no one's disputed that it's coming from Bowen. Maybe I missed the thread where it said it was a custom, but if it was, I don't think it would've been added to the Sneak Peeks section.

I hope it isn't a custom. I wouldn't want to present someone else's work and be seen as giving credit to someone else!!

It's legit. Randy said he would be producing this exact version.

Very similar to how a Spiderman bust was modded and then released as the Scarlet Spider bust.

From my understanding it was a custom, and I believe RB liked so they are going to produce. Now this is just what I have heard. Maybe Randy can tell us on Firday
