Sounds very interesting. I'll probably look into the story once it's over.
Everything I've read about this run sounds great, like an amazing Batman epic is going on peripherally (probably just because i haven't read comics in a while).
I love that Morrison incorporates the Batman and Robin happy 60's days as a prosperous era of Batman's 20's, and not just an ignored relic.
I'm loving All Star Superman, so once that finishes, I want to sit down and read this run. An appreciation of Robin is ideal for my Batman story.
As far I'm concerned, Morrison's run on Batman is All-Star Batman.
I like the idea of making all the silliness from those old Batman stories canon. It's a clever thing. Very Morrison-y.
I like the fact that he has no intention of leaving the series anytime soon. Coupling Morrison's epic-storyline with Dini's single-issue approach on Detective Comics more than makes up for the train wreck Frank Miller's got going.
My favorite DC book right now.
